Instructions for Scheduling Appointments

Welcome to the Birth and Beyond OKC appointment scheduling system. This system is designed to allow you, the patient, to schedule your own appointment with Doctor Bhoplay, at a time, which is most convenient for you. Every effort will be made by our staff to insure prompt service, however, appointments may occasionally run behind due to our desire to meet the needs of all our patients. Additionally, patients who have acute medical emergencies will need to be seen first, regardless of appointment status. Please simply follow the steps listed below to make your appointment with Doctor Bhoplay.
  1. Using your mouse, click on the OB-GYN Services Schedule heading located on the bottom of this page.


  2. When the calendar is displayed, select the month in which you desire to have your appointment from the pull down menu in the upper left hand corner and then click go.



  3. Select the date on which you want your appointment by clicking on the date box. The day view will appear. Look up the desired time and click on make appointment if the time is available. If not, please select another time.



  4. A box asking for your information will appear. Be sure to provide a valid email and a valid phone number. An email confirmation for your appointment will be sent to the email address you specify. Clearly state the reason for your visit in the space provided. Some examples may include the following:
     
    • Prenatal (pregnancy) Care
    • Family Planning
    • Abnormal menstrual period
    • Painful menstrual period
    • Frequent menstrual period
    • Urinary Problem
    • Menopause
Please be as specific as possible so that the Doctor can prepare in advance for your visit.



  • Then click on Add Appointment. Your appointment is now recorded in our system.

  • We want to remind our new patients to please download and print the forms located in the new patient section of our web site and bring those forms with you on your first visit.

    • If you desire to cancel or change a confirmed appointment please call our office as soon as possible.
